Overall, I have been partnered with State Farm for several years even doing the tenure of Agent Jim Strickland , Auburn Field Office. I have been and are yet comfortable with receiving answers in a manner of professionalism when questioned in previous and present vehicular claims and other issues regarding coverages. "Good Morning All!!! I love that my Heavenly FATHER gave me Eric McDade, Jessica, Keena, and Gabe!!!! After the death of my husband I planned on leaving this insurance company. I had a meeting with Eric and during it I broke down and cried about missing my husband Tavian. Eric didn't tell me to get out of his office or act inhumane towards me. He even gave me tissues and some time to get myself together! We finished the meeting. I left satisfied with his knowledge and experience and I felt better empowered to take what we had discussed on! Eric had let me know that he'd reach out to me after I had looked over my budget. The compassion he showed me was why I chose to stay with them! Eric, in a way, reminded me of the love Christ Jesus IS, in that, though CHRIST had other people to go and do for, CHRIST didn't just pass by and leave the woman with the issue of blood for Jairus's daughter!!!! The woman with the issue of blood didn't know anything about Jairus' 12 year old daughter laying sick about to die! They both had need of Christ and HE WILLINGLY LOVED THEM ALL!!! THAT LOVE is priceless!!! And my FATHER showed me through Eric His Lovingkindness and tender mercy!!! He didn't treat me like another dollar sign added to his bank account and companies bottom line profit!! Also, Eric is a man about punctuality! He'll forgive you if you're a few minutes late! Lord Jesus knows that I have suffered many years with punctuality! And now I understand how I frustrate other people and cause them to become offended with me. But Eric and I 😅 😅 😅 that day and we finished business. Eric McDade and his team I highly recommend!! On a particular day in Feb 2025, I came and had questions about my auto insurance. I asked Keena about it. She explained it to me but I still didn't quite understand. Well, I was frustrated and I thought Keena was, too. Before I left Keena she told me she would review back over it and call me the next day. So the next day the Lord reminded me and I prayed Him to give clarity. Keena called and explained it so super clear over the phone! I went to the office to pay my insurance and had asked her was something wrong from the day before. She said no but she had to leave that day. I paid my bill, smiled and told her to have a blessed day! I am now fond of Keena, too! This was a reminder to me to as well that just because people use their gifts and talents to provide a service don't be quick to become offended either and treat them like they're not human! They may have responsibilities that they have to get handled too! There's nothing like being compassionate and giving the same compassion I receive from the Lord Jesus to others as well! There were some more questions that I had this morning so I called. Jessica greeted me. I asked Jessica a two part question: 1. about speeding ticket(s) do they remain on my record and for how long, 2. when they want you to get an evaluation for life insurance are they doing this as to find a way to disqualify you. She said that if they do re-evaluate you for auto insurance and there's a ticket then you'll lose your good driver discount. As for the life insurance she said that they want to make sure that they are charging you the right price. I thanked Jessica and expressed my appreciation to her so much for taking the time and being patient to answer and she did it with a great attitude! Gabe, when he called me about my insurance being due, asked me did I want to pay over the phone. I appreciated the LORD so much for the courtesy call reminders to pay my insurance! Gabe had let me know that's what they're their for. He, too, had a great attitude! I love exceptional customer service! I love their willingness to help and great attitudes! I have been blessed beyond measure with all of them!!!!! Oh! They don't leave your kiddos out, either! My daughter loves going with me to get the candy and the soccer ball!! Thank you Erica, Jessica, Gabe, and Keena for using your gifts and talents to provide much needed services! May the LORD bless and keep you all! To God Be glory!"

"My husband and I have been with Eric McDade since the day we moved to Lee county about 2 yrs ago. I was impressed with the pricing and the customer service we received. However, recently since having to file a claim on our auto policy with them, it’s obvious that not only is there no value in the policy itself but the company nor the agent care at all about what State Farm is putting us through…the policy premium keeps going up, without notification, they are trying to force us back into an unsafe cheaply repaired vehicle ( that carries 7 children and a disabled MIL) and refusing to cover the rental that we’ve been in for an extra two weeks bc they want to argue with the body shop!! So, we called Eric for help, he’s our (very expensive)agent. Nothing got resolved, the only follow up we got was from the girl in the office , who very literally has a foul attitude whether you call her or she calls you. Everyone is sitting down acting like they have nothing to do or the capacity to get it done. That’s what you get with State Farm, expensive incompetence. We will follow up on this feed as our claim progresses..,or doesn’t . I think it’s only fair as families struggle daily to survive, that we start watching after one another and let others know when and where their hard earned money will be a waste, there is better value elsewhere. No one should have to struggle this hard to get what they pay for!!"

"Terrible attitude on the phone for me as a recent transfer. Have already begun the steps to take my business to a different state far, agent. Was told "I dont know what to tell you" when I had questions about my new truck auto policy, and then told "are you going to keep talking or are you going to let me talk". That is not the level of service and care I have come to expect from State Farm and is not someone I trust to be on my side when I actually have a claim. Do not bother using this agent, the people in his employee are rude. There are plenty of other State Farm agents that you can choose to use."
