"(Updated Review 2025) (Last Review with the compliments 2022 and Response) I’ve been with this insurance company for over 15 years, always paid on time, and never had an at-fault accident. Yet my rates keep going up for no valid reason. Now they’re threatening to cancel my roadside service because I used it 8 times on one vehicle. After paying tens of thousands over the years, I don’t care if I used it 30 times.... I was never told there was a limit over 15 years. It feels less like customer care and more like greed. Loyal customers shouldn’t be punished this way. My first official claim was in 2022, but I’ve had minor issues over the years (dead batteries, lockouts, transmission problems) and State Farm was always there like the slogan. But they said, “Not anymore. You’re on your own buddy!” I cancelled my service today. Eric Mcdade is a great guy though, don't let my experience scare you away from getting a policy with him. But beware! They will sneak ya! lol"
